What did you enjoy most about your time at Duquesne as a nursing student?
I enjoyed getting to network with like minded nursing while we all grew tremendously in our knowledge and profession.
What words of advice do you have for other students on how to make the most of the Duquesne Nursing experience?
Don’t ever give up. The days and weeks may seem long but coming out successfully will be worth all the time and effort as you prepare your future. Don’t be afraid to reach out and use all the resources available to you.
What are your plans or goals for the future?
I will serve as a nurse practitioner in the Army Reserves. Full time, I want to work as a primary care nurse practitioner focusing on health promotion and disease prevention.
