What is your favorite DU Nursing memory?

My favorite DU Nursing memory would be meeting my best friends through this program.

What was your favorite late-night study snack?

Chocolate!

Why did you choose to attend Duquesne University?

I chose to attend Duquesne University because of its location and highly ranked Nursing program.

What did you enjoy most about your time at Duquesne and/or as a Nursing student?

I enjoyed the variety of hospitals and clinical settings that we were offered.

What are you going to miss?

I am going to miss all of the friends I made through Nursing.

What was your biggest achievement as a DU Nursing student?

My biggest achievement was making Dean’s List while being a four-year college athlete.

What words of advice do you have for other students on how to make the most of the Duquesne Nursing experience?

My best advice would be to not spend the whole weekend studying because it will mentally drain you. Put all of your work away for a couple hours and do something fun! Also, Starbucks is always the answer!

What are your plans or goals for the future? How will your degree from Duquesne help you accomplish these plans/goals?

I am starting a job in the NICU at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in July!
